I became a therapist because of my own journey toward healing. Like many of you, I’ve experienced moments that brought me to my knees—times when shame, fear, anxiety and uncertainty felt overwhelming. But I also know the power of standing back up, of seeking 

support, and of doing the hard work of transformation.

As someone who has “been there,” I bring not only professional expertise but also personal understanding to my work. I have walked that path, and I know how daunting it can feel to take the first step. That is why I’m passionate about helping my clients rediscover their strength, reconnect with their values, and start creating lives that feel vibrant and meaningful.

Whether you are just beginning or picking up the pieces after a setback, I am here to help you get grounded, find hope, and get excited about your life again. Together, we will explore what it means to live bravely, wholeheartedly, and with a renewed sense of purpose.

I love helping women gain the confidence, skills, and understanding necessary to feel good enough, worthy enough, and present in their lives. It is a privilege to be part of their healing journey.

​I am drawn to women who, despite struggling to see their own potential, rise each day and show up. Life hands us an array of experiences—some that lift us up, and others that leave us questioning our worth and our right to joy. Shame and guilt can weigh heavy, keeping us stuck in a cycle of self-doubt, wondering if we even deserve a life of fulfillment and peace.

Here is what I know to be true:

  • The mind and body are deeply connected. Our emotions and physical well-being are in constant dialogue, and understanding this connection is key to healing and growth.

  • Our life experiences shape us. Both the beautiful and the painful moments leave imprints on our brains, creating pathways that guide our habits and behaviors. Awareness of these patterns is one of the first steps towards change.

  • We have the power to rewrite our stories. Through learning and practicing regulation skills, we can reshape those pathways, fostering resilience and hope. When we nurture both our minds and bodies, we open ourselves to new choices and a brighter outlook on life.​

 

This journey is not about perfection—it’s about showing up with courage and compassion, day after day. Let’s explore what’s possible when we embrace our struggles, lean into our fears, and commit to living a life that feels aligned and authentic.
