In Bloom Counseling For Women

Mental Health Counseling for Women in Warrenton, Virginia, and Telehealth Services Throughout the State of Virginia.

This might be your experience if:

You feel like you are never enough, and struggle to be yourself.

Worry often consumes you, causing tension in your body, stomach, shoulders, and chest.

It’s hard to settle at night, your mind never seems to stop, making it hard to sleep.

Panic attacks and emotional overwhelm are happening way too often.

You fight these sensations, maybe you even try to quiet them with a drink or two, but after a while they come back stronger than ever.

The easiest of tasks can be overwhelming.

You start to lose trust in yourself. The shame makes it hard to reach out.

You feel like a burden and might even wonder if you want to keep trying.

You are so tired of living like this.

Welcome to In Bloom Counseling For Women

What if I told you...

You could release those self-limiting beliefs that keep you small and stuck?

You could take the reins, lean into your fears, and get curious about what they are trying to tell you?

You could learn to sit with those sensations, understand them, and embrace them so they can move on, and you can feel peace.

You could step into a life filled with hope, connection, and meaning?

You could find the support and guidance you need to bring your mind and body back into harmony and finally feel at peace?

You are worthy of that life. It’s time to believe it.

How The Process Works

I am passionate about helping women cultivate the confidence, skills, and self-compassion they need to feel worthy, whole, and fully present in their lives. It is an incredible honor to walk alongside them on their journey toward healing and transformation.

I became a therapist, in part, because of my own path to healing. I have been there—I’ve wrestled with shame, worry, self-doubt, and the nagging question of, Am I enough?

As women, life has a way of throwing challenges our way that can leave us questioning our worth and our right to joy. Shame and guilt creep in, quietly shaping our beliefs about what we deserve. It is so easy to get stuck, wondering why we are even allowed to hope for a better, more fulfilling life.

But here is the truth: You are worthy. Healing is possible. And together, we can get there.
